• Floral Experience Events & Workshops – Guided by skilled floral designers, guests create their own stunning arrangements while enjoying curated wines, champagnes, and gourmet charcuterie. Each session is more than a class—it’s an interactive, joyful celebration of beauty, creativity, and togetherness.

• The Bloom Bar Experience – A mobile “build-your-own-bouquet” station that brings the magic of Blooms Bites & Bubbles to you. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and private parties, our Bloom Bar lets guests craft personalized floral creations in a fun, elegant, do-it-yourself setting.

Hi, I’m Colleen Weeks, the founder of Blooms, Bites & Bubbles. I’ve always had a love for flowers and creating beautiful arrangements; but even more, I appreciate the joy of bringing people together over shared experiences. Through raising three kids, 25 years of a happy marriage, a successful career and spending time with family and friends, I’ve realized life is best when filled with creativity, laughter, and connection.

Whether it’s just a girls’ night, a celebratory gathering, young lady's birthday party or a corporate event. Blooms Bites & Bubbles is my way of combining these passions, and I'm so excited to share that with you.
